The Challenge

The target users were non-tech-savvy vendors with low-end devices. The product had to be dead-simple, work on slow networks, and require near-zero onboarding.

Design Process

  1. 1

Interviewed 5 local vendors to map their daily workflow

  2. 2

Defined a minimum viable order flow on paper

  3. 3

Designed mobile-first screens with large tap targets

  4. 4

Prototyped and walked vendors through key tasks
