Overview

Problem

Learners signed up enthusiastically but dropped off mid-course. Progress, motivation cues, and next steps were buried under a cluttered dashboard.

The Challenge

The existing experience treated every learner the same — no sense of progress, no nudges, and confusing navigation between modules. Low completion was hurting both revenue and learner outcomes.

Design Process

  1. 1

Audited current learner journey and mapped drop-off points

  2. 2

Sketched low-fidelity wireframes focused on progress visibility

  3. 3

Reorganized the dashboard around 'continue where you left off'

  4. 4

Validated flows with quick concept tests
